Lincoln T. Scott currently serves as attorney for the Village of Milan.  An up to date schedule for meetings for the Board of Trustess of the Village of Milan can be found on the Village of Milan website, but are usually held on the first and third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. 

Hearings on violations of Village of Milan Ordinances and Village of Milan Building Codes are managed by Bi-State Regional Commission's Muncipal Code Enforcement System. (MUNICIES)  Questions concerning the MUNICIES program can be directed to Christine Cary at ccary@bistateonline.org.  Hearings on matters related to the Village of Milan are usually held at 2:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month in the Rock Island City Council Chambers located on the third floor of the Rock Island City Hall, 1528 3rd Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois  61201.  Copies of the Milan Municipal Code and Building Codes are available at the Clerk's Office at the Milan Municipal Building located at 405 E. 1st Street, Milan, Illinois  61264.
